While we’re confident you’ll love your new Nike, Adidas, or Air Jordan kicks, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed with our sneakerhead community in mind – straightforward, fair, and respectful of your passion for premium footwear.
RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof: Include your original order number and packing slip
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we get all necessary details.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely repackage the merchandise in its original box with all packaging materials.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or color? We’ll happily exchange your unworn sneakers within 15 days of delivery. Follow the same process as returns, specifying your desired replacement item in your email. Exchanges are subject to availability.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For customers outside the U.S., please note:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
- We recommend using DHL or FedEx for trackable returns
- Refunds will be processed in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
